How You Can Help
We are always in need of further sponsors to help us with our ongoing desexing programs, as well as the costs of vetting our rescues. DABS is supported entirely by donations and grants from private individuals and companies. Our dedicated volunteers regularly man stalls and organise raffles, plus various other forms of fund-raising throughout the year.
If you particularly like a cat or dog, and would like to sponsor by a once off or regular monthly donation, please contact us. or use the Donate button on the right side of this page and we will also add on the cat or dog listing that you are sponsoring that one.
We are committed to the prevention of cruelty to animals, and we vigorously promote desexing to reduce, and eventually eliminate the killing of unwanted dogs and cats. Our faithful foster carers rescue and care for unwanted and abandoned ex-pound animals, free from the threat of "death-row", in their own homes until they find their "forever" homes.
If you would like to make us a donation, you can send donations to us through the mail, or present them to us in person (please phone first to find your nearest DABS representative). If mailing, cheques should be made payable to DABS - Domestic Animal Birthcontrol Society and they can be sent to:
